Justine Cremer

Justine currently holds the position of Business Manager in one of the client teams at Semetis.

In her role as Business Manager, Justine aims to make an impact at various levels: her client portfolio, her team, and Semetis as a whole. This includes supporting the personal development of her team members, with the goal of fostering their growth within Semetis. On the client level, Justine is responsible for ensuring service quality, creating added value, and demonstrating seniority. As a Business Manager, Justine is also committed to making each day at Semetis better.

Throughout her career at Semetis, Justine has demonstrated excellent project management skills by successfully completing projects in all areas of Semetis services. Thanks to her diverse client portfolio in the retail, e-commerce, banking, travel, and energy sectors, she has built expertise in various business domains. The diversity of her Belgian and international clients has led to a range of business challenges and opportunities.

Additionally, Justine has accumulated significant technical knowledge over the years and is part of the Digital Business Intelligence Team. This team aims to support all Semetis employees in their DBI skills and client projects, and to ensure that Semetis stays up-to-date with the latest trends.

Born and raised in Brussels in a bilingual family, Justine is fluent in Dutch, French, and English. Furthermore, she has basic knowledge of Spanish, acquired during her Erasmus exchange in Madrid and her travels in Argentina and Bolivia. Justine is a lover of life who enjoys exploring the world, indulging in good food, and spending time with family and friends. In her free time, she is also enthusiastic about being challenged to a game of paddle or tennis.
