Manon joined Semetis in October 2025 as a Digital Business Analyst, after completing her internship within the company.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from ICHEC Brussels Management School and a master’s degree in Management Sciences from Louvain School of Management, with a specialization in Corporate Sustainable Management and Digital Marketing. These academic choices allowed her to combine two areas that are particularly meaningful to her: digital transformation and sustainability. As part of her master’s thesis, she studied the ecological and commercial challenges of fresh products, a project that enabled her to analyze the issues of a sector where economic performance and sustainability must coexist. Her internship in digital marketing then confirmed her ambition to grow in this fast-evolving field and gave her the opportunity to deepen her interest in data analysis, campaign performance, and online communication strategies.
Curious and proactive, Manon enjoys discovering new activities and taking on different projects. She is particularly passionate about cooking and gardening, as well as traveling. Above all, she values quality time with her family and friends, whether over a good meal or a drink on a terrace.
